The program will serve youth aged 15 to 29 who experience multiple and/or complex barriers to employment by providing more intensive supports beyond traditional job search and placement opportunities.

  • Paid pre-employment training to promote job-readiness;
  • Job matching and paid job placements, with placement supports for participants and hiring incentives for employers;
  • Mentorship services; and
  • Education and work transitions supports

Participant receives a stipend from the Service Provider (set at the prevailing minimum wage) to complete at least 60 hours of short-term workshops or activities that prepare them for work.

Education & Work Transition Support

At exit and post-exit, participants are offered a full range of supports and activities aimed at bridging their transition from the program to employment or further education.
